Mr. Christopher R. Roxas is the newest addition to the High School Physics Group of UP NISMED. Chris, as his friends call him, finished his Bachelor of Science in Physics for Teachers at the Philippine Normal University and earned units under the Master of Science in Teaching Physics program at Dela Salle University Manila.
Chris worked in the District of Los Baños and District of Bay, Schools Division of Laguna, for fifteen years, teaching Life Science, Physical Science and Disaster Readiness and Risk Reduction at the junior high school level and General Physics 1 and 2 under the STEM strand for senior high school.
Chris also became a Senior High School Coordinator at Nicholas L. Galves Memorial Integrated National High School for three years. He is currently a member of the Philippine Association of Physics and Science Instructors (PAPSI). In his spare time, he enjoys activities that keep him fit like hiking, trekking, and cycling.
